Winter 2020-2021 will be very different from other years, that's the only thing that's certain at the moment. Are we going to be confined again? We do not know. On the other hand, we will not be able to have big parties, we avoid inviting too many people for our birthday and outings to restaurants or to the zoo will probably be limited. We recommend that you prepare for spending the winter at home, so no disappointment if you learn that the gyms are closing, that you can no longer go to restaurants or that shopping sessions will be impossible.
The sport
We do not know if we will be able to continue playing sports in a club or indoors, so plan what is needed at home. Dumbbells, a weight bench, rubber bands, a yoga mat, a ball and a basketball hoop in the garden ... Of course, it will not be the same as in a club or gym, but continuing to move will make you the greatest well, whether on a physical or mental level. This strengthens your immune system and clears your head after a stressful day.
Hobbies
If you have a hobby that you already do at home, make sure you have enough equipment to get through the winter. Sewing, knitting, painting, woodworking, drawing and all other creative activities are great hobbies for the cold season. Have you never tried such a hobby? So now is the time to test. Otherwise, you can always choose to learn a new language through books or online classes, become the best pastry chef in your family, or take up yoga for example.
Couple moments
With these tips, you already have plenty to take care of this winter. But don't forget to spend some intimate moments with your partner. A romantic dinner at home rather than at a restaurant, order sex toys online via together or learn how to give a great massage. You will find plenty of accessories and products for your intimate evenings on.
The end of year celebrations
Being 20 or 30 around the tree to celebrate Christmas, that will probably not be possible unfortunately. So we'll have to be a little creative for the end of the year. Protect the fragile people in your family by bringing them a gift without entering the house. Talk through an open window or have a family reunion on Skype or Zoom.
However, if you have a garden it may be possible to invite a few people. To fight against the cold we install patio heaters and a brazier or an outdoor fireplace. On ski vacations, many have a drink outside in the snow in the late afternoon, so why not have a drink in the garden for Christmas or New Year?
